The variety is a natural hybrid of the Vulpea and Branestraube varieties. It has an early-mid or mid-season ripening period, although in some cases it is characterized as late-ripening. The flower is hermaphroditic. The bunches are medium, conical or broadly conical, often branched and dense, characteristically bending downwards.

The leaf is pentagonal, five-lobed, deeply dissected, with dense pubescence on the underside. The berries are small, round, white in color, covered with a waxy bloom, have thin skin and juicy pulp with a neutral taste.

The variety has moderate resistance to major fungal grape diseases, but is not resistant to low temperatures. It belongs to wine grape varieties and is in demand for blends and the creation of PTP category wines.
