Variety description

The vine is vigorous with hermaphroditic flowers. The leaf is medium-sized, five-lobed, deeply dissected, dark green with light cobwebby pubescence on the underside. The mature vine is dark brown, the shoot tip is yellow-green with whitish pubescence.

The clusters are medium-sized, conical, and dense. The berries are dark blue, bluish-black, round or slightly oval, with bloom, thick skin, and strongly colored juice. The variety belongs to the mid-season maturity group and is characterized by early bud break.

The variety is capricious, sensitive to chlorosis, late spring frosts, and adverse conditions during flowering, which cause ovary shedding. Yield is low and unstable, frost resistance is limited to -20°C. The variety is actively used in breeding as a parent form.
