The variety belongs to the ecological-geographical group of Western European varieties and is characterized by vigorous vine growth on fertile soils. The leaves are medium, five-lobed, rounded with slight cobwebby pubescence on the underside. Clusters are medium, conical or broad-conical in shape, loose or medium-dense. Berries are medium, rounded, golden-yellow in color, covered with abundant waxy bloom and small brown dots.
The period from bud break to technical maturity is 125–150 days. The variety has low frost resistance, medium resistance to diseases, is prone to sunburn, and shoots ripen well. Yield is 90–100 c/ha. Due to the thin skin of the berries, the variety is susceptible to 'noble rot', which is utilized in the production of dessert wines.
