Variety description

Bunches are medium to large in size, elongated, cylindrical-conical in shape, with density ranging from medium to loose. Berries are spherical, dark blue or black-blue in color, covered with a thick bloom, and have thick skin. The variety is characterized by a long period of berries remaining in a green state until maturity.

Wine variety, the wines from which possess high structure, intensity, good acidity, and a pronounced tannin profile. The aroma is dominated by notes of black berries, spices, cocoa, leather, and earthy undertones. Due to the content of phenolic compounds, the wine is suitable for aging in barrels.
