The plant is characterized by vigorous growth. The vines have a dark brown color and a thick structure; pubescence is absent. The leaves are of medium size. Young shoots are characterized by the presence of pubescence on the apex and a slight bronze tint.

The variety is intended for winemaking. The wine produced from it possesses a distinct aroma, full-bodied character, and a balanced acid content.
