The variety was obtained by crossing the Cardinal and Dattier de Beyrouth varieties. The plant is characterized by moderate to high vigor, and clusters are of medium size. The berries have thick skin, crisp flesh, and contain seeds.

The variety belongs to the early maturity group; the harvest period can vary from the first ten days of July to the end of August, depending on growing conditions. The level of resistance to powdery mildew and grey mold is assessed as low.

Victoria B. grapes are intended exclusively for fresh consumption and are widely cultivated in European countries.
