The variety was obtained by complex interspecific crossing of the varieties Rakiš and Merlan, including genetic material from Seyve Villard 12375, Veltlínské červené rané, Merlot and Seibel 13666. The plant is characterized by weak to medium shoot vigor, the yield of the variety is medium to high with a high level of juice sugar content.

Leaves have a pentagonal shape and medium size. Bunches are medium to large in size, of medium density. Berries are small, round-shaped, with yellow-green skin. The variety shows medium resistance to berry shatter.

Within the PIWI group, the variety demonstrates resistance to powdery mildew, as well as moderate resistance to downy mildew and grey mold. Full berry maturity occurs in mid-October.
