The Bersà variety is an olive tree widely distributed in certain areas of Italy. According to historical descriptions of the Garda region, trees of this variety reach large sizes.
In a production context, the variety is assessed as inferior in terms of the quantity and quality of oil obtained compared to the Favarol variety. Detailed modern agrotechnical characteristics, including data on maturity groups or disease resistance, are absent from open sources.
1 jurisdiction
Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
