The DOLCE AGOGIA tree has medium to high vigor, forming an upright and medium-density crown. Leaves are elliptic-lanceolate in shape and medium in size; the fruits are characterized by an oval, slightly asymmetrical shape.
The variety is early-ripening, with flowering occurring relatively late. It is self-incompatible and requires pollinators. Yield is average, with pronounced alternate bearing.
The plant shows good resistance to peacock spot, Verticillium wilt, and olive knot, as well as high frost resistance; however, it is sensitive to drought and olive fruit fly infestation. The oil is characterized by a delicate fruity flavor with balanced bitterness and pungency.
