The tree is distinguished by low vigor, an upright canopy habit, and dense foliage. The leaves are elliptical in shape with a grey-green hue. It is an early-maturing variety; the fruits weigh 2–3 grams, are elliptical in shape, and turn black-violet upon maturity.
The variety is self-sterile and requires pollinator varieties such as Leccino, Casaliva, Pendolino, or Trepp. Yield is medium, fruiting may be irregular, and annual canopy pruning is required.
The plant possesses good resistance to peacock spot and olive knot, but is sensitive to the olive fruit fly. The variety exhibits high winter hardiness and drought tolerance. The oil content of the fruit is 14–15%.
