The tree of this variety is characterized by high vigor and adaptability to the harsh climatic conditions of mountainous terrain at an altitude of 550 to 830 meters above sea level. The medium-sized fruits have a rounded shape and are characterized by ease of harvesting from the branches and a low oil content.

The oil obtained from the olives is characterized by a high content of oleic acid and polyphenols, which contributes to the long shelf life of the product. Organoleptically, the oil has a complex, balanced taste and a pronounced green fruity aroma.
