The tree has medium vigor, an open canopy with low density, and drooping shoots that are silver-white in color at a young age. The variety is partially self-compatible; Tonda di Cagliari and Bosana varieties are recommended for pollination.
Fruits are large, weighing over 5–6 g, elliptical or ovoid-asymmetric in shape with an umbo at the apex. The skin turns red-violet upon ripening, and the flesh separates easily from the pit. The variety is sensitive to the olive fruit fly, olive knot, and peacock spot (Cycloconium oleaginum).
The oil has a light fruity profile with notes of grass, almond, rosemary, and thyme, and a mild balanced taste with low bitterness. Table olives are valued for their delicate taste and the flesh-to-pit ratio.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
