The PREMPRESA variety is an Italian oil-producing variety included in the national registry of fruit crops of Italy. The variety is traditionally cultivated in the Liguria region.

Oil obtained from the fruits of this monovarietal olive has a medium herbaceous-fruity taste and a delicate aroma with shades of almond, artichoke, and tomato, as well as a light bitterness.
