The variety is intended for olive oil production and is characterized by a high product yield. With medium ripening, the oil yield is about 1 kg from 4–5 kg of olives, and with full ripening, up to 1 kg from 2.5 kg.

The trees are adapted to cultivation in cold and semi-mountainous regions, possess high frost hardiness, and are capable of withstanding temperature drops down to -17°C. The variety is distinguished by low water requirements and high resistance to Verticillium wilt.
