The tree has medium vigor and an upright habit, although branches may droop under the weight of the crop. Olives have an elliptical shape, a mass of 2–3 g, and a pink hue upon ripening. The variety is considered self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators such as Leccino, Moraiolo, Canino, Rajo, and Olivastrone.

The fruits are used for the production of extra virgin olive oil with fruity notes of grass, almond, and artichoke. The variety is distinguished by stable yield, which, however, begins at a later age. The plant shows susceptibility to olive knot, peacock spot, and olive fruit fly.
