ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is characterized by lush, vigorous growth and a dense, rounded crown that requires regular pruning. The fruits are relatively small in size, which complicates the harvesting process. The variety is self-fertile and can serve as a pollinator for other varieties; it fruits annually.
Harvesting is typically carried out in the second half of October. The variety is resistant to Spilocaea oleaginea but sensitive to low temperatures and susceptible to the olive fruit fly, and due to the density of the foliage, it is prone to aphid attacks.
The oil of the variety possesses an intense aroma with notes of green tomato, apple, fresh herbs, basil, mint, oregano, and almond. The taste features moderately intense bitterness and pungency.
