ActiveOlea europaea L. · Olive
TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The tree is distinguished by vigorous growth and a dense rounded crown, which requires regular pruning to maintain productivity and prevent pests. The variety is a good pollinator for other local olive varieties.
The primary purpose of the variety is the production of olive oil with a harmonious flavor and pronounced intensity. In domestic settings, the fruits can be used for canning after pitting.
The variety possesses resistance to Cycloconium, however, it is susceptible to the olive fruit fly and aphids under poor maintenance. Cases of infection with cherry leaf roll virus have also been recorded, leading to leaf deformation and uneven ripening.
