Variety description

10 August 2026

The Salella tree has an upright crown shape and very dense foliage with lanceolate dark green leaves. Externally, the plant may resemble decorative species. The fruits of this variety are distinguished by their small size and fleshiness.

The variety is characterized by early ripening and high resistance to adverse climatic conditions, including prolonged droughts. The fruits are consumed as so-called crushed olives and are also processed into extra virgin olive oil, which possesses herbaceous notes and an aroma of almonds.
