TODOLIVO S.L.
10 August 2026
The variety belongs to the Italian olive gene pool and is found in studies focused on trees from the Tuscany region. It is used for the production of olive oil (monocultivar) and participates in the evaluation of the organoleptic characteristics of products.
In in vitro micropropagation experiments, the variety showed a high percentage of microcutting rooting (62–76%), which indicates a good capacity for vegetative propagation. In biochemical studies, the variety was examined in the context of the metabolic response of leaves to changes in climatic conditions, where oleuropein levels were recorded.
