The variety has medium vigor and a spreading crown shape. The leaves are elliptical in shape, short and of medium width. The fruits are small, elongated, slightly asymmetric, and turn black when ripe. The pit is characterized by a rounded apex, a pointed base, and a smooth surface.
The fruit ripening period lasts from January to mid-June. The variety shows relative cold resistance, but is susceptible to olive scale and sooty mold. The harvest is used mainly for the production of oil, which is distinguished by a specific aroma.
