Variety description

10 August 2026

The tree is vigorous or medium-sized with a broadly rounded crown and thin, drooping branches. The variety is self-incompatible; for pollination, the varieties Griot ostheimski, Königliche Amarelle, or Schneiders Späte Knorpelkirsche are recommended. The best rootstock for achieving productivity is Prunus mahaleb.

Fruits ripen unevenly in late June to early July. They are large, elongated-round, and have thin light-red skin with a marbled pattern. The flesh is whitish-yellow, juicy, soft, and has a sweet-and-sour flavor. The variety is demanding of soil fertility and moisture; the fruits are unsuitable for transport and sensitive to weather conditions.
