The tree is distinguished by vigorous growth and forms an open crown with horizontal branches that droop over time. The leaves are dark green, glossy, elongated, and pointed in shape.
The fruits are round, slightly flattened, weighing 4–5.5 g. The light red, almost transparent skin darkens upon ripening. The flesh is light yellow, soft, very juicy and acidic, with colorless juice and a small stone that separates easily.
The variety is self-fertile and undemanding regarding soil and climatic conditions; it tolerates light sandy soils well. It shows no susceptibility to diseases. The fruits ripen 3–5 weeks after the start of the cherry season.
