The tree is vigorous, with a tall, semi-upright, and relatively narrow crown. It grows exuberantly at a young age, with growth becoming moderate once the fruiting period begins. The yield of the variety is medium and regular; the pollination type is completely self-sterile.

The fruits are medium-sized or smaller than medium, shiny, and red in color. The flesh is dark red, soft, and juicy, possessing a spicy, bittersweet, refreshing taste. Ripening occurs gradually over a long period. The variety is highly susceptible to Monilinia.

At full maturity, the fruits do not tolerate transport well due to easy detachment from the stalk. The variety is suitable for canning and other types of culinary processing. The variety is frequently found in old orchards, especially in the Czech Republic.
