Ujfehertoi Gyumolcstermesztesi Kutato, H
10 August 2026
The tree has vigorous growth and forms a tall pyramidal crown. The fruits are small, oblate-round in shape, and colored dark, almost black. The flesh and juice are characterized by a deep red color and high sugar and acid content. The variety belongs to the Morello group and has a late maturity period.
The plant is self-fertile and represents a group of clones selected from wild-growing forms. The variety shows relative resistance to bacterial canker, but is sensitive to Prunus necrotic ringspot virus, which has a negative impact on yield.
