The tree in its youth is characterized by vigorous growth, which later changes to medium-vigorous. Flowering of the variety is late. Fruiting begins late, yield is characterized as medium and variable.

The variety has medium compatibility with quince rootstock. The plant shows high susceptibility to scab, fire blight, and viral diseases, while possessing medium sensitivity to pear psylla.

Fruits are large with excellent organoleptic properties, intended for fresh consumption. Due to sensitivity to mechanical damage during handling and transport, the fruits require careful handling.
