The fruits have a spherical, irregular and often asymmetrical shape. The thick, wrinkled skin is colored grey-green with brown spots; a reddish hue may appear on the sunny side. The yellowish flesh has a delicate, melting consistency with graininess in the core area.

The variety belongs to late-maturing winter types; the fruit consumption period falls in the winter months, specifically in February. The tree, under favorable conditions, is capable of growing in the form of a high-stem standard. The variety is self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators.
