The fruits are small in size, resembling the Seckel variety in shape. The skin is dull green, covered with a significant layer of russeting. The flesh is yellowish-white, tender and juicy, distinguished by a pleasant taste with a musky aroma.

The tree is vigorous and fertile. The variety is successfully grafted onto quince, however, it does not form well in a pyramidal shape, therefore cultivation on a vigorous rootstock in the form of a high standard tree is recommended. It prefers light, moderately fresh soils; on moist clay soils, it is susceptible to diseases.

Data on ripening times in various sources is contradictory: from the end of August to late ripening. The variety has a marked susceptibility to fire blight.
