The vines have strong or medium vigor depending on soil conditions. Leaves are five-lobed, light green, with sparse pubescence. Flowers are bisexual. Clusters are medium, conical in shape, loose or medium-dense. Berries are medium, round, golden-yellow in color, covered with thin skin with abundant waxy bloom.
The variety has medium resistance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and gray rot, while being susceptible to noble rot, which is utilized in winemaking. Winter hardiness is low. Yield is approximately 90–100 c/ha. The grapes are valued for high aging potential and complex aromatic properties.
