Variety description

The bushes of the variety are vigorous; the shoots reach a length of 4–4.5 meters, and the cane maturation is about 70%. The flowers are of the male type, therefore the variety does not form clusters or yield. The root system is powerful and branched, providing high drought tolerance for the plant.

The variety is adapted to stony and dry soils, tolerates active lime content up to 17%, but poorly tolerates waterlogging. It possesses high resistance to grape phylloxera and fungal diseases, moderate resistance to nematodes, and susceptibility to crown gall.

Cuttings of the variety root poorly, while the rootstock provides satisfactory graft union. In rich soils, excessive growth vigor can negatively affect the quality of the scion yield, whereas in low-fertility soils, the rootstock contributes to the accumulation of the necessary vegetative mass.
