Variety description

The variety is intended exclusively for use as a rootstock and has a male flower type, producing no clusters. Bushes are characterized by vigorous growth with shoots up to 3.5–4 meters in length and a powerful deep root system.

The plant possesses high adaptability to calcareous, acidic, and slightly saline soils. The rootstock is tolerant to spring waterlogging, but poorly tolerates prolonged over-wetting. It has a long growing season, which can influence the ripening times of the vine and fruit of the scion varieties.

The variety exhibits high resistance to root phylloxera and fungal diseases such as downy mildew and powdery mildew. It possesses medium resistance to leaf phylloxera, actively produces lateral shoots, and regenerates its root system well.
