The variety is an interspecific hybrid. Vines are characterized by vigorous growth and good fertility. The ripening period occurs approximately two weeks after the Chasselas variety. Agronomic practices involve short or moderately long pruning.

Bunches are medium to large in size and cylindrical in shape. Berries are medium-sized. The variety has the ability to accumulate sugar, however, wines made from it have low color intensity. Anthocyanin diglucosides are present in the berries.

The plant is susceptible to fungal diseases, which necessitates careful maintenance and the mandatory use of rootstocks.
