The variety is mid-season, possesses good vigor, and provides stable yields. The berries are white, medium-sized and spherical in shape, with a skin ranging from greenish-white to yellowish in hue. The bunches are medium and moderately dense; the leaves are large, three-lobed or entire.

The plant is sensitive to fungal diseases, such as downy mildew and powdery mildew, as well as to winter frosts. Due to its vulnerability, the variety has become rare, and its planting areas are gradually decreasing.

Wines from this grape are characterized by a light yellow color with greenish highlights, a light body, and moderate acidity. It is rarely found as a varietal wine; it is more often added to blends with local varieties, such as Impigno and Verdeca, to add complexity and balance.
