The variety forms small, dense clusters with small yellow-green berries. The plant is noted for high susceptibility to powdery mildew and grey mold. In terms of vegetation period, it belongs to the category of varieties with late bud break and medium ripening time.
Wines from this variety possess freshness and high acidity; their aromatic bouquet expresses notes of citrus, white fruits, floral and herbal shades, as well as mineral nuances. The variety is most often used in blends to impart brightness and aromatics; varietal wines are produced rarely.
