Maloukato B is a wine grape variety belonging to the species Vitis vinifera L. subsp. sativa. According to international classification, the variety has the index B (Blanc), which indicates the yellow-green color of the berry skin. The flowers of the plant are hermaphroditic.

Studies of local Greek grape varieties note that Maloukato is characterized by a high content of total phenols, reaching 1903 mg GAE per kg of fresh weight. Data on yield, agrotechnical indicators, and disease resistance are absent in open sources.
