The variety originates from the Aetolia-Acarnania region. The grapes are characterized by early budbreak and ripening. The shoots have an open tip with white tomentose pubescence; leaves are five-lobed, deeply dissected, with blunt teeth on the margins. Clusters are large, dense, and conical or cylindrical in shape. Berries are large, golden-yellow, juicy, with thick skin.

The plant is vigorous and productive, capable of adapting to different soil types, with frost resistance reaching -21°C. The variety is intended exclusively for winemaking. The wines have a medium to full body, balanced acidity, and an oily texture. The aromatic profile includes tones of apricot, melon, lime, as well as floral and herbaceous nuances.
