The variety belongs to the second epoch of ripening; the vegetation period begins 5–10 days after the Chasselas variety. The plant has strong growth and a semi-upright habit. The shoots of the variety are characterized by brittleness and sensitivity to wind.

The clusters are medium-sized, cylindrical-conical in shape, dense, with short peduncles. The berries are small or medium, rounded, covered with a blue-black bloom, and have fragile skin of medium thickness. The variety is sensitive to Botrytis cinerea and Phomopsis viticola.

A wine grape variety intended for wine production. The finished product is characterized by pronounced fruitiness and a dark color with moderate levels of tannins and alcohol.
