The Rabigato Moreno B variety is a rare grape used in the production of high-quality wines. It is considered almost extinct, but is being preserved due to its presence in old vineyards and interest from winemakers.
In winemaking, the variety is valued for its contribution to the structure and aromatics of blends. When used in wines aged in oak barrels, it promotes the development of vanilla and fruit notes. In official classifications, the designation “B” indicates that the variety belongs to the group with white berries.
