The variety is the result of sexual hybridization of the Iordană and Traminer roz varieties. Despite the fact that the berries are classified as pink, the variety is used in winemaking to produce high-quality white wines that meet DOC standards.
The plant is characterized by high fertility and good yield. It possesses high frost resistance and resistance to a number of fungal diseases. The variety is distinguished by a balanced ratio of growth and fruiting, and is actively cultivated in the Târnave region.
