An indicator of apple tree productivity, measured in t/ha, kg/tree, or kg/cm² of trunk cross-sectional area. In intensive orchards on dwarf rootstocks, average values range from 20–40 t/ha with an optimal load of approximately one fruit per 20 leaves.

To ensure stable annual bearing and realize the variety's potential, it is necessary to regulate the balance between vegetative growth and flower bud initiation through pruning, as well as to adjust nutrition based on NPK element removal and monitor abiotic factors.
