The variety has a dual purpose: table (for green or black canning) and technical for oil production. The plant has medium vigor and a spreading crown of medium density.

The fruits are large or very large, weighing 10–15 g, elliptical and asymmetrical in shape with skin covered in a waxy bloom and numerous lenticels. Productivity is low and biennial. Fruit ripening is early, occurring from the end of August to mid-October.

Oil yield during processing is low. The resulting product is characterized by a medium-fruity flavor with notes of almond, artichoke, and tomato, sweet undertones, and a light bitter-spicy component.
