The tree is distinguished by medium to strong growth vigor with a sparse, branched crown and flat, dark green leaves. The variety enters bearing late, demonstrating medium and periodic yields. Fruit ripening is uneven, with mass harvesting usually taking place in early November.

The fruits are of medium size, elliptical in shape, and have a relatively low oil content. The resulting oil is valued for its content of biophenols and tocopherols, as well as a high proportion of oleic acid. The variety is considered less susceptible to peacock spot disease compared to some other local varieties.
