The tree has high vigor, forming an expanded crown of medium density with drooping fruit-bearing branches. The leaves have an elliptically-lanceolate shape, sometimes with a twisted spiral blade.

The fruits are ellipsoidal, slightly asymmetrical in shape, and are distinguished by high flesh consistency and a high flesh-to-pit ratio. Harvesting is carried out in mid-December.

The oil is characterized by high fluidity and contains high levels of oleic acid and biophenols. The aromatic profile includes notes of fresh grass, aromatic herbs, tomato, and bitter or sweet almond.
