The tree is characterized by high vigor, an upright growth habit, and a dense crown. The variety features early flowering and fruit ripening, with fruits changing color from green to black. The average fruit weight is 1.5–2 g, and the shape is elliptical and slightly asymmetric.
The variety is dual-purpose and suitable for oil production, canning, and making pâtés. The oil has an intense fruity aroma with notes of herbs, tomatoes, almonds, and berries, and a piquant taste with a bitter hint. Oil content varies from 15% to 22%.
The crop has good regularity of bearing. The variety shows resistance to peacock spot and olive leaf spot, but has low tolerance to the bacterium Xylella fastidiosa.
