The tree is vigorous, with a canopy prone to thinning in the center. The variety is late-ripening; fruit ripening occurs unevenly. Fruits are medium-sized, rounded, slightly flattened, with dark black shiny skin. The flesh is acidic, sometimes with astringency, characterized by an abundance of juice and firm skin, which ensures transportability.
The variety is fully self-incompatible and requires the presence of pollinators. Harvesting can be difficult due to the firm attachment of the fruits to the pedicel, which leads to their damage. The variety is characterized by insufficient winter hardiness and high susceptibility to fungal diseases, in particular to Coccomyces hiemalis.

Green indicates countries where the variety is listed in the national catalogue and its seeds are authorized for sale. Expired registrations are marked separately: the variety was previously admitted, but sale is no longer permitted.
