The variety is an interspecific hybrid containing genes of Vitis berlandieri, Vitis rupestris, and Vitis vinifera. The vine is characterized by high vigor and a semi-erect shoot growth habit, requiring obligatory trellising.

Clusters are large or very large, berries are medium to large in size, slightly ellipsoidal in shape. The flesh is firm and crunchy, the skin is of moderate thickness, and the flavor possesses light muscat notes. The variety ripens early, simultaneously with the Chasselas variety.

The plant possesses a certain tolerance to downy mildew, powdery mildew, and grey mold, however, to protect the yield in unfavorable years, it is recommended to carry out minimal fungicidal treatments.
