The Croatian variety "Grk" (Grk bijeli) is a wine grape variety with a functionally female flower type, requiring cross-pollination. The plant leaf is medium, rounded, five-lobed with arachnoid pubescence. The variety ripens in the third ten-day period of September, prefers sandy soils, and is used for the production of dry wines with high acidity.

The hybrid form "Grek" is a table grape bred by A. V. Burdak. The bush is characterized by vigorous growth, clusters are cylindro-conical weighing 500–800 g. Berries are oval-ovoid, red-violet in color, weighing 12–15 g. The ripening period is early, frost resistance is up to -23°C.
