Malvasia Moscata, also known as Malvasia Bianca di Piemonte, is a historical variety originating from the Italian region of Piedmont. It is a specific representative of the vast Malvasia family of varieties, which in the past was often confused with other varieties due to a similar muscat aroma.

The variety belongs to white grape varieties and possesses an exotic muscat profile. Historically, the variety was practically displaced from vineyards due to high sensitivity to powdery mildew. At present, the variety is considered rare and is used for the production of still and dry wines.
