The plant belongs to the Eastern group of table varieties. The leaf is medium-sized, rounded, five-lobed; the flower is bisexual. The cluster is medium or large, conical in shape, ranging from medium-density to loose. The berry is medium or large, oval, yellow-green in color, turning yellow with a brownish tan upon full ripening. The skin is thick and firm, the flesh is meaty-juicy, crunchy, with a pronounced muscat aroma.
The variety has a multipurpose use: it is used fresh, for raisin production and winemaking, in particular for producing a wide range of dessert and fortified wines, as well as brandy. The variety requires a warm and dry climate for successful development. It is susceptible to diseases such as powdery mildew and grey mold.
