The variety is classified as an interspecific hybrid. The Seibel hybrid is characterized by a mid-late maturity group and perfect flowers. The leaf is pentagonal, five-lobed, slightly dissected, and glabrous. Bunches are small, cylindrical or conical in shape, ranging from medium-dense to dense. Berries are medium-sized, round, dark blue with a thick waxy bloom, possessing a thick, firm skin and succulent flesh.

This hybrid possesses resistance to fungal diseases and frost and is traditionally used in winemaking. At the same time, there are modern breeding lines developed for the juice industry, which are also characterized by high disease resistance and are intended for the production of high-quality fruit juices.
