The variety is an interspecific hybrid obtained by crossing the European variety Folle Blanche and the American hybrid Noah. The mid-ripening grape forms medium-sized clusters, which can be cylindroconical or rounded. The berries are of medium size, white in color, acquiring an amber hue upon ripening, with mucilaginous pulp.

The plant is known for being high-yielding and adapted to challenging weather conditions, including late spring frosts. The variety possesses recognized resistance to fungal diseases, in particular to gray mold, however, it can be susceptible to chlorosis and flavescence dorée. In winemaking, it is valued for its specific chemical composition with a high eugenol content.
